New Grower Stubbed My Toe again

I use jiffy pellets.Put them in ph water until they fully expand than I carefully cut the fabric off because some times the root has trouble getting through. I put them in them in the same pot they will grow in.Put the seed about a 1/4 down cover lightly . Usually they pop up for me in 3 to 5 days.

Have you tried straight to soil yet?

I now have one popping out of coco and one in rock wool cube that is taking forever. It has been in there for 1 1/2 weeks but has barely developed much at all. My very first auto grow was fast and vast that I grew in a soil mix of my own, peat, spahgnum, perlite and potting soil. It did good except my freind who had experience with autos, told me over and over to not over water her. She was stunted because I under watered her. LOL

I am trying everything I can think of.

I think my biggest problem now is going thru the change of seasons and not keeping my seeds warm enough. I think I have it solved.
