Here's a reversal I'm working on right now, with Kaos recipe of sts. Sprayed 2 times within a week apart. She started the process a week after last spray

Also my personal recipe for sts is basically making an outright spray. I had lost a few bottles of stock do to light heat etc. so I designed a recipe for just making 1000 ml of spray.

This recipe is for those that like to save on chem and those that do a lot of breeding and don't wanna mess around with a stock solution.

100mg silver nitrate
500mg sodium thiosulfate
Mix each individually into a 100ml of distilled water.
Let sit for 1 minute after all crystals dissolve.
Mix the silver nitrate into the sodium thiosulfate stir well. Then add to a 1 liter bottle. Fill the 1 liter bottle with 800ml or the rest of the way up with distilled water and viola ready to go sts spray.

I started an sts thread before but I wasn't able to finish. I was just asked for some instructions on making sts from a fellow grower here at AFN so I decided to re start my sts thread as I am getting ready for a fem seed run..

Excellent thread. I have always wondered how female seeds are produced. I may need to do this if one of my girls scouts is a male so I get feminized seeds from them.

Ok what colour should be STS base? Clear or dark?

Should be clear ish. If it's dark it went bad.....

Well here is my small fem run for this thread.
The circled cube is a pka next to it another pka.
The one farthest away is a new secret fem cross I'm working on.

Also the one circled is selected for reversal. I planted the seeds directly into cubes and added 5ml of rapid root to the gallon of water in the diy dwc. Ph was 6.0 after the rapid root was added.

I will update this as accurate as I possibly can. And what nutrients etc...
I will get to the mixing of the sts soon I was not able to get to the store to grab new mason jars.
