Stripping Thin Offshoots?

I just watched a video where the guy stripped the offshoots with the smaller buds and tops to focus on the main tops. These plants were photo however. Is this something that should be done on autos or just let all the buds go to the end? Thanks

If it is not in the way and not blocking light, then I would just leave it.
I'm only new to this and growing autos as well, happy growing :smoking:
