Still a noob but I'm breeding

Honestly I think breeding for your first grow is the best thing to do. For one if your stuff don't turn out good at least you get something good from it and you cut down the expense of buying seeds. Also if you kill a lot of plants early on or have problems germinating in the beginning it is not so bad and you wont cry about killing a $10 seed.

I am very interested in starting crossing some strains here. I have never had a single male as I have only grown with fem period. I am going to give it a go in the near future.

All good strains my friend

One thing I learned the first 2 times on my own are that the seeds have to mature after you harvest them. I have found it takes about 2-3 months before you want to plant them after you harvest the seeds. I tried to plant my first batch of seeds about 1 week after I harvested them and all but 1 lived and I did it again the second time killing all seeds so don't try to sprout them rite away. I am in belief that the seeds under go a process called embryo dormancy. Hope this helps you from making the same mistake I did early in my growing.

I had at least 20 that didn't germinate so I disposed of them in fresh soil. Almost every week one or 2 sprout

I also have a pack of HBD for breeding with. I have not grown it for a few years and missed it a lot. Great minds think alike.
