i'm here from 2014 and I really love this forum..Sadly I cant say that I learned much , because my stoner brain resets it's on factory settings every now and then.. I can't say that last years changes land good on me (registration for specific sub forums and stuff) but Still stay on forum and love it.. If some money donation can help I will gladly do so.

On several occasions, I've decided not to post a question because my general questions didn't fall under any of many the categories offered up here on the AFN. Is it at all possible to create a sub forum created for general cannabis growing questions? If so, that'd be great. If not, no big deal.

We have always used the notion of "let's try new things, if it sucks, we know what worked and we'll just go back to what worked." This is the mentality that has allowed us to try out multiple things on the site over the years, some that were very positive, some.... not so much I used to say "we're unfortunate that we don't have a development server to work on some of these things," but the reality is that no amount of dev work would ever prepare us for the live test from the forum members, and that's usually a very quick "this sucks" or "this is awesome". We've had some home runs, we've got some.... slices that make you think we're playing a sick game of golf. In any event, we've always listened to the community. Without the people here wanting to be here, just "being right" is a pretty shallow victory when there is no one there to celebrate it with. So please, keep bringing us your guys feedback on what we're doing right or wrong. This is supposed to be a place where we can all generally share in our love for autoflowers, and I think AFN is back on the right track to be that place for decades to come if we so choose it!

Never be afraid of change. Especially when you have the original template to fall back on. What you have done here with the vendors is really difficult and ya'll are making it work.

I’m very new here as in haven’t even started my first grow yet but by just screening through this forum the last couple months you can really feel the closeness and the good vibe this place gives off. Keep it up and even though the goal has been met keep donating.

Welcome. This site and one other are the only two boards I've seen that were consistently very civil. The rest had far far too many bull-sheet flaming wars etc and that will eventually play a lofty role of sucking some of the life out of you.
