You got your teks 18" above your plants? I know you got my growbrite by a few watts,220w vs 192w but i currently have my 8 tube lamp 4" above my 18 day old sprouts. Not questioning Muddys advice about bleaching,he's the man,i've just never experienced that problem and hopefully don't.

Yeah I thought closer was ok too, but I guess not. I trust Muddy. I'm gonna get him to check my new pics out though.

I agree man,wait for Muddy,he helped me out alot on my first grow. Maybe your teks are more cfl like then my straight T5 tubes and thats the reason he said to raise them up.They look pretty good despite the little yellowing,i'm sure you'll get'em straightened out.

Thanks dude and yes, they are technically cfl because of the bend in the bulb. That's why that little ass two foot setup pumps out so much power, light and lumens for it's size.

Lookin good Squid! Is the yellowing from lack of nitrogen? i'd say a little early for calmag issues.

It's neither. Nitrogen def yellowing comes up from the bottom and starts on the most mature leafs. It's also a whole leaf gradual yellowing kinda thing. What squiddy has going on is on the top. The blotchy pattern and extreme yellowing in it is what leads me to believe it's bleaching. I'd raise that light up just a wee bit more, just to be sure. Those pl-l lamps are MOTHERFUCKING POWERFUL!

Sorry bro I was in the tent rearranging the girls and having an aroma therapy session! Too me your issue looks like a micronutrient issue (boron, zinc, manganese) or bleaching. Hard to tell with the blurry pictures Squid! I recommend greensand in your promix the next time. Great stuff!
