The plants look hungry in general.
If this is straight coco/perlite, i.e., soilless and no compost or other organic matter, you'll need to be feeding nutes with calmag every watering and avoid letting the medium dry out.

PPM's are given on the feedchart. For autos, aim for 500-600ppm, so this will be closer to full strength of "light feed" from the link above. Note, the cal-mag doses on that feedchart are not great for coco, and should be bumped up a little. Closer to 3.5mL/L is probably a good starting point for vegging cannabis in coco. Careful with playing with doses on feedcharts in general, but I have done the math atleast for GH Flora Series, and nutes stay in balance with that line up when calmag is bumped up a smidge for coco grows. Just make sure your ppm stays within bounds if you bump up calmag.
