Some advice about a Dwarf..

If your plant in question has been flowering for the same amount of time as your photo plant, it should be showing more than pistils. By day 22 of flower there should be hairy little buds starting to form on top, and possibly getting frosty by this time.
you might have a hermi if it’s showing both female hairs and male pollen sacks.

Its not at the same stage as the Thin Mint & though there is signs of budlets beginning to form I agree with you, it seems way behind at the same time.

Autos will automatically flower if induced with 12 hours of darkness. They should be close to the same stage of flowering.

That's off the photoperiod & I see nothing like that on the smaller one, just pistils & maybe the beginning of budlets. I'll wait until tonight & see if anything has developed & also provide some more pics in regard to the suspect calyxes which I think is probably going to determine where to fo from this point on...

From the 2 pics it looks like a female to me. Can’t really tell but it looks like there are pistils at the nodes in the first pic. The second pic clearly shows immature buds forming but should be a little further along. Could possibly be more sativa dominant and slower flowering. Definitely not a male plant.

The top pic is the issue I come across but when I look at the ones that are showing at other areas they seem to be the same.. I'll keep tabs on it until I know I'm safe at least, so long as the big girl is safe I'm willing to sacrifice if what is seen is indeed male/hermie.
