Small white bugs on clone stem

Looks like Whitelfly Nymphs.

I get the same thing in my pots.. I only see them on fallen dead leaves....I think they only eat dead plant matter...Im not positive

They are mite's.

Not sure what kind good or bad ?
If in doubt Lost Coast works great I use it all the time when I need it.
