Maybe you can use velcro tape to fix it, cheaper than buying a new tent.

I have often thought about double sewing velcro squares to my tent zipper location. Needs to be strong enough to handle the constant negative pressure.

Bloody good idea...but the tent is in crappy condition so due replacing anyway..
