Hello,
My first post on joining day. I am a first time grower with autoflowers. My question is in regards to plants that were sprouted and potted on the same day. Same grow medium for all, with the only exception being pot size and some grown indoors and some out. Two Dinafem White Widow XXl, two Expert Seeds Glueberry and two Cream Mandarine. Three in 3 gallon Rootmaker II, three in 5 gallon Rootmaker II. Is there any reason that outside 5 gallon containers are way ahead of the two indoors 3 gallon and 1 outdoor 3 gallon. The WW outside in 3 gallon is no more advanced than tent grown 3 gallon. Photos show 2 in tent 3 gallon, and photo with pressure washer in background is also three gallon. Other photos are 5 gallon outdoor. See the difference ? All plants are 2 months old.

When I grew outdoors yrs ago I consistently had 6 foot plants no problem, Momma Nature knows what she's doing lol.

Growing in mountains of Virginia. This time of year temperature and humidity is high, frequent thunderstorms. Being on guard for mold and mildew is constant. You might be interested to know that I am 70 years old and grow simply for the challenge. I have never personally tested anything I have ever grown. As a very young man I discovered that cannabis and I do not get along. So, I grow for family and friends and give it all away, never taken one red cent. My high comes from the compliments I get from those that enjoy my efforts, that is my reward.

If you wind up starting a journal here, please let us know the link. Looking forward to more updates on your grow!

Greeting and welcome!

I am indoors only, and at that mostly hydroponics. But container size is everything, my "starter" systems the plants stay small, when I go to the 5 gallon buckets they explode. And I'd have to agree with outdoors and the sun etc. I gave one of my plants to a friend, it was struggling. He put it in a garbage pail (I think about 67 liters) and the thing is massive. I am actually envious now!

So although I don't have the experience in soil/outdoors you need, I wanted to say hi and watch your grow :smoking:

Lot's of very good outdoor growers tho I'll tag a few if you like?
