Sick plant help!!!!

Hi I'm growing in soil canna canna nutes and indoor under a 600 hps but my ak seems week and there's something wrong with the leaf and I don't no what please help

Ph is 6.1 temps ok humidity is fine this plant has always been slow with very little foliage and branching I haven't got a clue what's going on

i take thats the ph of the runoff not water going in

Yes ph run off 6.1 any ideas this plant was fine last nite it's mad how6 hours later this is whats going on

How do I sort it out this is a nightmare

Could I add a layer of soil on top and water it through to bump up the mg as I have no Epsom

it wont be enough epsom is cheap as chips on ebay

or get some cal mag
