Live Stoners shot glass poll

Here she is: I taped the glass to keep light out. I used another shot glass to measure a glass of water, then I added hydroton until it displaced the water to the heighth I wanted. It also keep my water volume the same as a standard shotglass.

Probably less of an issue with soil. Even for mine, its mostly to keep the light off the roots. Won't be any issue with fungus, etc. Can wait to see all these grow out!

Think imma make a make shift sleeve from a toilet paper roll soo I can take it off anytime and do just that opi! Super easy and quick! Lol

Ya one thing I'd be worried about with any of the shotglass grows is light on the roots. Light on roots is bad... But I'm not entirely sure it will matter much when the roots are cramped in a shot glass lol. From what I saw of Mr Stunted's grows, the roots soon took over and pushed all the soil out anyway lmao! I was thinking it that if I had a clear shotglass I would spray paint the inside of it black. Did that with a sunflower seed jar and grew a dwarf in it.

Well, I wanted to join in the fun, unofficially, cuz I don't have an auto or a shotglass lol. This is one of those micro terra cotta pots, which I estimated to be about 1.5 or 2 shots sized. So, I don't want to be eligible for any prize, just will play along unofficially
Strain is Cherple (Chernobyl x Da Purps) photoperiod, regular, which means it could be male uh oh lol. But it's off to a verrrrry slow start, which previous experience with this strain is indicative of a female, so I can just hope.
Germed right in the pot, no soak, first time I tried not soaking it does have a nice tail root so far. Just now starting to push through the surface, can see it getting ready to shed the shell.

All sounds like a great idea but def would run all this by a mod or an admin as I'm sure without their approval this is ALL A BIG NO GO! Otherwise it's all for fun.... Hoping that pops contacted the powers that be first! I want to stay off the naughty steps for a little while!

Just a quick everyone know you will not able to get a photo to survive in a shot glass. Thing about autos and photos if a photo gets root bound it can kill it. If a auto becomes root bound it forces it to finish sooner. So I would highly suggest everyone to use an Autoflowering strain.

The party cup grow blew my mind...but this is freaking insane! Can't wait to see how you all get on... I'm expecting a fair amountof whinging too when they get big and have to be watered every couple of hours... it will be a lot of fun though. Best of luck to everyone involved, i dont have the heart for it at the moment but im sure this wont be the last one.
