Indoor Shortstuff Auto Gorilla OG Grow & Show

Due to my tent being almost empty the Gorilla OG has really taken advantage : 26 inches tall but a bit over 33 inches wide, and to be honest i let her :pighug:

Day 33 for my tall lanky girl. Don't judge her just yet ;)

She is on 2 biotabs and the usual biotabs bits and bobs. She will also be getting some PK booster tee this week.

Update:

I don't know about you guys but my plants are going crazy. :crying:

Really, everyone's plants have or are hitting their stride now.:greenthumb:

I have two very distinct plants still. Both are all natural with very little stress. Still not quite sure if it's feed or pheno.

Both ladies are on day 32.

GOG1 is the Remo fed lady. She got a blend feed this time around, getting ready for the switch. She keeps getting taller everyday still. I had to tie her down because of it, she was getting too close to the light and I have no more adjustability to go up any further. By the time I got home from work, her top was already standing upright and continuing to go up. So she stands just under 31"inches tall from the soil with her top tied. That puts me back in the sweet spot for my light, hopefully she stays there. :help::biggrin:

GOG2 is my favorite so far. I love how stout she is. She hasn't stopped growing up either currently standing at 22 inches from the soil. This lady is getting my tea and hasn't complained once. There are flower sites everywhere and they have nice white pistils protruding vigorously.

No smell from either lady yet. But soon I'm sure.

Enjoy. :pass:

I'd do a little lst and hold off on the pk. That could be a very big plant if you did.

Agreed mate. Unfortunately: A. My system got ballsed up (3 plants starting off while 3 are mid-way through their life) so I now have 5 big plants at the same time. And B. She's on biotabs. I will however hold off on the PK booster tee so thanks for that buddy.

It's a shame as she looks like she could be a real beast. I do have a spare tent and some cobs lying around actually, but nowhere to hide it from neighbours.

I have started my last Gorilla OG :

i think this might be the smallest bean i have ever gemmed.. but she is alive and given her genes im sure she will make up for it in the long run :vibe:

This is my first time not training since I lowered my scrog. Most of the plants look decent but I won't do it again as they are way smaller and that main branch is shooting to high leaving the lower sites to far from the light. I do want to give the tabs a try. I'm not skilled in soil amending part yet and I do think that's a game changer.

Man I'm not skilled in anything yet, just flying by the seat of my pants as they say!

Your comment earlier is really going round and round my head now to the extent that the spare tent is out! Haha. Speaking of which @BigSm0 am I correct in thinking a Meanwell HLG-185H-1400B would safely drive just 2 x 36v / 50w cobs, rather than the usual 4? By my reckoning the two will still receive 1.4A and therefore happily produce 100w between them, even though the driver is capable of twice that output?

All you need to do is get any sort of tie, a shoe lace even. Go about 6" down from the top of the plant and bend it over 45 degrees. Go easy not to snap the branch. Somehow hook it into the pot and that's it. She will bush waaaay out and that will help you have multiple big ass buds compared to one. Also with how light diminishes at distance all your buds will be getting a much more even light too. I'm not trying to tell you what to do, I'm just telling you what I would do and I'm sure the results will definitely be in favor of low stress training.

As for the light yes it will work perfectly. Constant current divides the voltage and adjusts to what you have. One cob would equal 1400 ma and 4 cobs would equal 1400 ma each. This would need to be wired in series to do so. The driver can only output 1400ma

Drivers like the 185-48a are a 4800ma driver which would require paralell wiring to divide the amperage and not the voltage.
