Seed Bank shipment from oss intercepted

OSS has responded

thanks all for your support. After contacting OSS they did have me send photo of package and letter and they gave me a $36. credit towards my $104. loss. But it's better than a knock at the door.
I am not only new to AFN but to the internet as well. It confuses me to see that 30 people "liked" the fact I lost seeds in the mail.
