Set up quality and expected yield

You could def do with either a small tent or boxing a bit of your space off somehow m8.. everything else aside if u have everything there to get a seedling or 2 through soil then you may as well crack on now and see what happens.. the bigger space will waste a lot of light and starting with 100w true you need to keep as much of it in the space as possible.. but like I say if your ready to go then go for it.. no better way to find out :smoking: worst that can happen is they die.. that's very rare and even more so if you journal it and get some help where u need from the lovely peeps on here.. have I talked you into it yet lol do it.. do it.. do it :crying:
I'm definitely boxing it off I have alot of boards in the garage I can probably cut into shape I was thinking just that light wouldn't be enough so I'll try to grab another

If you have access to something like this free, then you could make yourself a little close grow space to keep light inside and with another light like the one you have you could possibly grow 3 in a 2x4 space. You could leave opening on top for heat to evacuate and one at the bottom to get fresh air in...
I'm going to build it into more of a box it's made out of an old bedframe I just need to attach more side boards to the front

If you can I would use white hard board saves you abit of money and it's easier to handle and it's white... Also you got to think about your ventilation and smells if you have to grow discreetly... I say all this because I went the DIY route (you'll see at beginning of my thread) but realise other factors like smells, light leakage ect, I even used mylar... Decided to buy a tent for 50£....also I have that marshydro ts600 light it gets warm so ventilation and fans would be a must otherwise you'll end up fighting other problems down the line like mould or temperatures ect...
