Seed Stockers Seedstockers Wedding Cake and Runtz (feminised photoperiods)

11 days in since they’ve been dropped in coco. All is looking good. 8 happy little ladies. Excuse the mess in the tent. I’ve had too put them into my led tent which I haven’t used or cleaned in a while. I’ll clean the tent later tonight

Day 19
Plants are taking shape. All is good and they’re now taking a full dose of veg nutrients with no burning. Fan leaves are stretching lovely and a new node is developing now every 5-7 days.
The bigger plants are Runtz, the smaller wedding cake. With this in mind I will transplant the runtz at day 25-30 then top and apply lst. I will unlikely manifold these as I do t want to halt my veg time By too much.
the wedding cake I will vegetate for much longer. At this stage I’d assume I’m going for 50-60 day veg. I will likely transplant these then into either my 56 or 75 litre fabric pots.

Day 20
A few days late in updating this info:

the day after I posted my last update I noticed roots coming out of the bottom of the pots on the Runtz. Because of this and limited room at the moment I decided to top them before transplanting. I will now likely transplant these with the next weeks but I will allow the roots too grow out instead of pruning them at this stage as I don’t want to risk halting growth once they are transplanted. Sorry for no pictures but I will hopefully be able to add some later tonight, if not it will be over the weekend.

Day 25
Well this is becoming a grow of unexpected quickness so my initial plans are day by day changing.

All roots on all plants are now protruding from the bottom of the pots because of space and my inability atm to sent up my 1.2x1.2 veg tent I will have too flip the runtz very soon. Though saying this they are established enough to be flipped. I usually gauge the vegetative period with photos by eye instead of counting days but seeing as I’m doing a journal here I’ve recorded the days, but they a surely ready enough to be flipped.

The plan now is too transplant the runtz into the 16l pots but space is limited in the current tent. So I will have transplant, leave veg in there for only a few days before hen transfer to the flower tent.

The wedding cake has caught up lovely and they too got topped a few days ago. I will transplant them and leave veg when the runtz move back on. Hopefully I am able to set up the new, bigger veg tent soon.

Looks like you could have a little Mg deficiency going there with the yellowing between the veins of the leaves. Just something I noticed.
I agree. Humidity is also high at the moment but I keep high humidity during the first few weeks of veg as it helps me with the new growth. I’ll transplanting soon and flipping them anyway

Will you continue to veg after the repot mate? Or pot up and straight to bloom (12/12)?

I'd personally do the repot and veg for 7-10 days to help get over any potential transplant shock

Keep the updates coming :bighug:

Typically yes mate but I’m fighting for space in the veg tent as I’m unable to set up my larger veg tent atm. Saying that though, they are a nice size already and if I let all five runtz veg much longer I’ll have a nightmare in my flower room lol. The wedding cake however will be transplanted and vegged for much, much longer
