New Grower Seedsman Afghani Freebies ,how bad do they smell?

I had received 2 Afghani regular freebies with my order.

Not sure if I should try them as I've heard they smell really strong and I;m afraid my mini improvised filter can't handle it.

How bad do they smell?

A filter with active carbon . You can make one with a,pre filter with active carbon and active carbon pebbles ( the one for the acuarium) and panty house and pc fan . Is a cheap option I going to make one like this myself

I grew one and it was very leafy started inside but got to branchy. bush like moved outside grew fairly wide.I don't rember it smelling bad but hard to tell outside......
