I can't agree more mate, about 8 years ago I started taking over the customer service of DP and introduced a new way of knowledge based service. I did that for a few years before handing it over to my brother William, and I must admit he is doing a great job really, all the outstanding/detailed service we currently provide comes from himI thought you might be the impetus on the details on the website!
That even backs up what I said even more so!
Product quality is number one, but customer service is a close close second! I've always tried to achieve the best customer service possible and I look for the same qualities when looking at a company.
I always felt customer feedback was important and I thought you need to know and get the praise that you deserve!

that commenting... and jupp indeed they can become heavy, also just to emphasize once more, they will become even a lot heavier during the next few weeks mate. So some staking/ropes or preferably a net can come in handy
