beautiful Mossy, are there bees out and about with this juicy and aromatic floral display?

Water is Life! The rvr water here is so alive, even in winter, need to boil it before making brew because it's biotic out competes the yeast. Real good for a body and of course the plants.
I think minerals, yes! What's a mt made of, rock! In a rock the minerals of the earth. At this particular campsite no "soil" as a gardener would recognize. So, in spring, after flood receded, hauled fine fresh silt to garden in potential, leaf mould under alder and willows, a meager offering first yr garden. 1st yr began composting humanure, fish rack waste, anything green around and leaves in fall. Now I have (after 3-4 yrs, lol) an immense army of biological activity at my disposal. Turned them loose on all that locked up mineral treasure, 5yrs the returns are getting pretty obvious. Plants grow very well and yield is increasing, spring is coming, in "high" hopes.

Because it has been windy and cold we haven't seen many.....I've been watching to see if my avocados get fertilised.
Even the sunflowers seem bee-less..and the Love the sunflowers.

Yup...:yeah:..That's what I'm Thinking..when we fill the water tanks up..it starts to ferment..so I'm Thinking it carries it's own ecology too.
Can't wait for spring to try a canna on it..:watering:

Bad....scree..?

Man has done it for centuries..to create the most fertile grow areas.

I Always have high hopes for spring..:vibe:..did you say you grew spiritulina...how is that to grow...?

Beautiful...Looks like Spring is close!

Trying Root..but not here yet...:bighug:..I still feel winter in me bones.
I Hope it improves..hubbys daughter and family are over in two weeks and it would be nice to get the grand-daughter on the beach shell hunting..let her Decorate the bare walls on the chicken shack..:coffee:

That awful original kitchen!!!
I Love the stainless steel and you've got more room!

Believe me I have owned and worked in worse kitchens......it is just like me..getting old and stuff dropping off the periferals. :headbang:
Just call me Mrs La-Di-da kitchen....:crying:..it will work out cheaper getting second hand catering cupboards than it would to get new units...and as I was saying to hubby..the catering stuff will still be going strong long after we die....he said..Cheers.

We were hoping to salvage the carcasses to use as shelving for the newly done garage..but they had been cobbled together so many times they literally disintegrated.
I Think there were more patching up wood in there than original....thank goodness for electric screwdrivers..or hubby would have blisters..

I need another prep area..but I'm in no hurry..just as and when what I want comes up in the auction.

Things are moving on....:pass:

We got the cooker fitted up and the oven doesn't work..the power lights are On..but we can't get any of the oven functions on....so we will probably have to get someone out to look at it...and see if I can google a hand book..
