I checked my ph before and after one of my "super hot" curries."Nammy's Lusty"
Before the meal I was @ 6.8 and 4 hours after the meal I was @7.2.
That involved some of my Mean Red Cross pepper powder.
Maybe 3 good dashes into the mix.
It didn't take a lot of pepper to get my ph up.
Just thought you'd like to know.
