Got the contact details off the company we bought the fire off.
Needing tech details..we got a translator.
Waited in 2 full days for the engineer..he rung the translator twice saying he would be there within the hour.
Didn't turn up..didn't phone...:no:..while hubby sat in waiting..
So..the translator phones him Monday to see what happened..he denied he said he would come..and told her he just does GAS fires now.....:slaps: ..

so now we have to look for an engineer who will fit it..and our guarantee will be void.
Tunnel cover is held up due to weather too..but you know when they say you can't see the wood for the trees..?..I was so intent Thinking about getting the tunnel up..I Forgot I had a perfectly serviceable conservatory at the house...
..so my germs are being started there while I wait.
