Mossy if the tunnel is one with mild steel painted poles with plastic connectors getting moisture in there will rust them out in a couple of seasons.

A visit to the farm sounds good to me, especially as I have my own plans to do the same some day.

Like JM says the more the merrier and the sooner I get mine the better the only thing is I find myself in the same position as you were in Mossy and it comes down to cash.

The plan is to buy a place in spain but in the north where temps are a bit cooler and it rains more which is why it gets called Espana Verde and it much more Celtic too.

Good to know it was a galvanized one I just saw the bit about rust and overlooked that it was the inside of the tubes hubby was talking about was talking about.

I saw that you said it was a cheapy but obviously not as cheap as mine which is properly as cheap as they could make lol but it does do the job and I did get it half price.

Just looked at your link to your tunnel and it look pretty good , you will defo have lots of fun growing in it.

I've just put up the 4m version. The frame is solid enough made from galvanized tubing and the cover for the money is strong enough for anyone's garden. It survived the real windy storms we had last week no problems.
I even managed to put it up on my own in under an hour

As far as I Know Catalonia has Legalised too..so more reason to pitch to Northern Spain.
But..you don't have to move north..just do what most people do and move up a mountain.

The temps are just that bit cooler..the rain is just a bit more frequent..and morning mists Bless the girls with moisture at the start of the day..
