@ Wiz, I am pretty sure they came in with a bag of Fox Farms Ocean Forrest a couple of months ago. I need a window of soilless time to eliminate them from my cabinet %100. After my last two are harvested I will start sterilizing the soil with either a trip through the oven or the microwave before it even goes into the cabinet. In the meantime I have seen K2's success with it and fell like I need to at least try the hempy method out. I am going to be all in her posts like a stalker today. But first I need to get the missus out of bed and go get some new containers, perlite, nutes, and starter plugs.
I really am gutted and just trying to stay positive despite feeling completely beaten down. I put a lot of myself into my little girls so It feels like a huge loss right now.
*****A side note on the absolute invincibility of these fucking thrips*****
I pulled the seedling from a 2 liter yesterday and put the soil in the microwave for six minutes to sterilize it. When I took it out there were STILL thrips crawling around in the soil. I could see the little fuckers through the bottom of the 2 liter STILL sucking on my roots. That is when I knew I had lost this fight for now.
