Agghhh..Almost...

the SCH with the burn has recovered brilliantly...was giving just water until yesterday and she has responded today with her second set of leaves getting to about as big as the damaged first set...with 4 new ones sprouting between them

IF I veggie fert..I normaly wait until the have around 3 sets of leaves...
then if they sustain damage..they have a reserve set that will take over the function..
reserve parachute..:D

The other thing..I was always told to Feed an Indy..Starve a Sati....
not literally..
But..satis are supposed to be much more fert sensitive.

BTW...got an air pump last week so am able to bubble my water now

the density i am seeing over there now i insane compared to what i used to see about a year ago
the change in vigor on your girls has been primo my friend. That top cola on that AK looks like something
that would have came out of my room :thumbs:

As i have been watching this year i have noticed one more thing about your grows.
there GREEN all the way from the top to the bottom. I remember the patio would have the
occasional yellow leaf here and there but not any more my friend. the ladies are dressed in green
from head to toe.


p.s. Im starting to worry about the cup challenge now..........

good morning all. I am a beaten man, the trips can have the dirt. I had to gut the cabinet last night. 12 plants mostly seedlings got pulled and tossed. Between the thrips and the treatments for them they were all ruined in a short order. I am left with two little girls that will finish in a couple of weeks. I am going to give the hempy method a try for the next couple of plants and see how that works. Off to the store for containers and perlite.

Mmm..divn't you try to lull me into a false sense of security.....
you get that kinda density in a small pot..
I have mine 5 to a 40 ltr pot...to get the same results...

Mind..for outdoor..on off season..actually my Worst part of the season..I'm worshipping the patio they sit on.

They were just to soft/young to take it..

I am going to give the hempy method a try for the next couple of plants and see how that works.

You are gonna have to give something else a go..

What I cannot understand is..you are a Class Grower...one of the best dialed in AF handlers I've seen..
so What..in your conditions..set-up..whatever has changed...?

Something has allowed the thrips in..we need to figure out what it is..
OR..you might still get bother..

Are you using the same compo that you did with the others..
was it fresh..or has it been sitting around..where they might have had a chance to contaminate.

sorry to hear that Teflon...i hate bugs and critters too
I had a battle with them this weekend also...but not with my plants...spent most of sunday de-lousing my daughters hair...damn you head lice...damn you all to hell:cuss:

small price to pay if we have a glorious summer...they say the second is quicker than the first as well...so hopefully not another 29 hours of labour...just as long as i don't get caught at the business end...that sort of thing can change a blokes perspective on ALOT of things:no:
