That is just not how genetics work ... and with autos and starting from seed every time .. we accelerate that trend ...

if u want ultimate consistency ... grow a photo mother and just clone that

Exactly mate! It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get that uniformity with autos. With any plant from seed like you say.

What you need to do is literally give up 80% of your bedroom to tents, wardrobe to mother/clone room and never sleep again ! I'll be ok in 10 weeks or so

To be clear im neither for or against FB.... but on legal rights to pics posted on AFN .... maybe @Son of Hobbes can clear it for us, once and for all

@tripaholic88 just showing pictures of plants don't do anything. Every plant can grow that, we are talking about stable genetics here. That means (in my eyes):
- every plant from the same strain will finish at the same age (give or take 2-5 days)... not one in 70 days, other in 110 days.
- every plant will smell the same... not one lemons, one diesel.
- every plant will have the same growth pattern... one tall and branchy, other small with just one cola?
- every plant will have the same density of buds if grown in the same enviroment

So... I am asking you which their strain do you recommend? Please answer only, if you grown 3+ of the same strains from them and you can check positive signs on my above points.

i think some of what your looking for is impossible because every growers grow conditions and skills play a BIG part in finishing times.. i have NEVER had an auto go longer than 85 days i believe it was and that was a short stuff super cali haze that yielded around 7 oz i think. once again with growth patterns it will vary... if your light intensity is shit your gonna get sub par results.... i really like the tangie, pineapple express and green crack all grew 3+ times only 2 different phenos in each strain and documented 2 of the times i grew them..... not here on AFN...

I get where you're coming from, especially considering we're talking about stable genetics. However, as other folks already have said, I think you can't expect such high level of uniformity with autoflowers. Clones - yes .

Also loving the whiteness and brightness. Was expecting my CMH to arrive today but looks like the snow has delayed it. Grrr.

Just to give my opinion on this Fast Buds malarkey, it seems that you had great success with their strains and I've seen other amazing FB grows around here. I personally haven't tried them but would give them a chance someday, why not? The only thing is that for now I can spend my money on some breeders who probably have a better attitude towards the community / street rep, if you get my point . BTW, how'd you like the FB LSD :smoking:?

DAY 27

Before I go on with this, just wanted to post some LST pics. The training happened on the 26th and 28th day, that's why I want to deal with this before the main update . Anyways, one of the DG's is the fastest and biggest plants of the bunch now and after the topping 6 colas started being dominant, so I decided (on day 26) to make a star shape out of it yaaay :




All of the other DG's showed 5-6 dominant colas also, so they were tied up too (on the 28th day):






Let's continue with the main update. Not much to tell, the girls are doing great now, the conditions are getting better, they've mostly grown out of their deficiencies and the leaf tucking is showing great results! All things considered, a very nice day for the girls .

I don't know for you guys, but I find Dinafem autos has the same finish times and aromas within the same strain. And this is the most important to me besides excellent costumer service.

Haha, would be really interesting to know what special deal you made with who and where to grow these 4 tents/17 plants, but i guess your family parts and friends are all sitting in your neck controlling you making everything right while they're tipping with their feets of upcoming harvest. LMAO

Haven't tried Dinafem yet, still in the testing phase of seed companies :smoking:. You're not spamming dude as far as I'm concerned, I like a healthy discussion and hearing more perspectives on a topic, so no biggie . Thanks for the kind words .

yeah man i mean things happen here and there genetically with ALL breeders, we are dealing with nature here... and i totally agree with you on going with who has good rep! i can say i honesttly liked both phenos i had of it. 1 was about 75% green 25% purple buds more dense and smelt like menthol and paint thinner. and the purple one was very nice also! i like dense buds but purple is soo pretty!

oh yes ive had GREAT experiance with Dinafem and Mark!

DAY 30

Another day, another dollar :smoking:. What's up grobros and sisters, hope everything is going swell for you .

On day 30 the plants have experienced some hand watering (forgot to mention that I've turned on the Autopot system once all the girls were set in their respective tents, around day 23).
Every plant was watered with a 1L solution of Orgatrex (5 mL) and Bactrex (1-2g), while around 25g of dolomite lime was top fed (you can see a dolomite lime circle around the main stems in some of the pictures). Girls are happy and healthy, conditions are good and we're switching to preflower more and more .
One of the girls (the biggest and fastest DG) even started flowering a little .
That's mostly it, hope you will enjoy the pics .
