Put the back of your hand under the light and raise it toward the light. When your hand gets too hot it will be too close for the plant. It is possible to have too much light and bleach the plant. Keep the light higher during growth and lower slowly as the buds get bigger.

That's pretty much what I have been doing, I can get it right next to the plant as the bulb puts out very small heat if any at all

I had not checked here since I last watered on the 26th, I presumably have dried her out and leaves started to die, I've gave her a double watering than what I usually doing (usual is 1L watering) with nutes at 3ML and calmag at 2ml.
She has already started to perk up after her watering and I expect to lose a bit of growth/yield, ill be happy enough as long as she makes it

Sadly all leaves died and plant started falling sideways from the top, my lesson on not letting it dry out has been taught. Just a shame it was on week 7.
I have another one of these seeds and will try again without it drying out but I will also be doing 3 Photos as well all in smaller pots, I will be doing Purple Kush, Lemon Kush, Lemon Haze.
