New Grower Roleadro COB--Rookie

@wagon I agree on the light. I chaise mine high and then lower. You want them to reach for the light just slightly. Light burn is very easy to do with LEDs. Remember plants need a little adversity to overcome or they will actually grow slower. I always try to stick with the light company's recommended hight bc that's where they tested it at. But more times than not that's to close for my babies. And same here with having almost no issues with AN. The ph perfect line is awesome. And they offer a special coco coir blend witch uses the negatives of coco and turns them into bennifits. There's alot of Advanced Nutrients haters on here but 90% of them never used AN and the other 10% didn't do it correctly. My power went out last night and I'm so glad my sensor push notified me the temp was 57 degrees or I would have lost out on thousands of dollars and alot of time and effort. Thank God for technology.

You cant beat advanced nutrients. I use the sensi line and absolutely love it. Every time I try another brand I quickly run right back to AN. I use their supplements as well. Their voodoo juice, overdrive, big bud, sensi calmag xtra, and b52 are my favorites. And dont even mention the draft im a giants fan. Fucking JONES! Here's a pic of my white crack all dried and ready for smoke.View attachment 1051081
Jones???? WOW! Nice bud, I can smell that from here. All I use right now is the big bud and the overdrive, I will trey those other supplements latter.:jointman:

Hey Rick,

Looking good my friend....I am sitting around watching day 2 of the the draft....I am a DALLAS COWBOY'S fan....die hard.....I hope we can still be friends...LOL!!! You can gradually lower your light a little at a time searching for the sweet spot.... I am at 18 inches but have mine dimmed down. I will be at least 24 inches when at full power. You will love your Inkbird controller they make great equipment. I also use Advanced Nutrients and echo Tyler_Durden88 sentiments....They are more expensive but I have zero nutrient issues and get excellent results. Lollita is looking awesome, really happy with her environment.

Good luck,
Wagon
Dallas????? My Mom is a die hard Dallas fan, the draft has been very interesting to say the least. I did move my lights down to 26" last night. Happy growing, and I guess, good luck with them:dancer: Cowgirls,---:jointman:

Have you ever tried any LST techniques? You can increase your yield significantly by simple bending and securing your plant early on. I'm liking what I'm seeing your on the right track early on. I bought and tried alot of products before getting what I got. The Apera ph meter is a great tool I love mine. And your using advanced nutrients wich is the best in my opinion. And your lights are a good reputable brand. Not alot of nutrients are made to be used with RO water but AN is designed with that in mind. You skipped alot of headaches by getting the right stuff on the bat.

I'm BACK---- lowered the lights to 27" before they went out. Just got my new Inkbird controller today in the mail. It's got 2 plug in's, cooling, for the fan, heating, for my humidifier? or, or---- simple ? I have got till 5:00 till the lights come on, ANY SPECIAL DIRECTIONS would be helpful. @archie gemmill , I will go back and read what you wrote, @Beerhunter CDN , @, i can't remember who all has one? I think this should control the humidity, right?:jointman:You know how new toys are-----:jointman:

Does the controller you have include one outlet labelled “heating” and one “cooling”? If so, you should be able to set the control for two separate temperature ranges. You could plug a heater in and set a heating range for it to maintain then maybe have your extraction fan plugged into cooling with a separate temperature range in case the tent gets too hot. That’s pretty much all I’m doing but with different devices.
