ya gotta read the destructions to see if ya got the temp or hum model ?
:pighug:

Oh no, 312? I just reread @archie gemmill , thanks, I have not played with the new Inkbird yet, I really don't need a heater now, so I guess i'll just plug my extraction fan into the cooling side and leave the other heating side plug open, don't plug your old humidifier in that side, right? Can't wait till 5:00, new quarterback, new toy!:jointman:

Thanks, I kinda thought one controler:haha: would run both temp, and RH:crying:. I just got the model, ITC-308, the temp. controller that runs the fan, I will get that other one for the humidity. Thank's for the info, some times I need to be slapped!:thanks::jointman:

they changed the website from last i was on :paleo: @Slater :pass:has the humidity model.no need for a dehumisdifer and a humdifier, the controler will just flick it on and off and keep things at 50-60% or whatever you set.
my inkbird is like a backup...if temps get to 17c it will kick in and raise to 23c...if it goes above 30c a 6"fan kicks on and blows down onto the led.
although they can keep temps and hum between like 0.1 range

:pighug:[/QSsIhave got some question's---I can't find that cave man?:jointman:Do you have a extraction fan, if so, doe's it run 24/7?, is the 6" fan the only thing u have hooked up to the 308? Or maybe i'm just to stoned right now?? Thanks again for putting up with me--you have a good day!:jointman:

yep my extraction runs 24/7 on a speed controller, full blast in summer, slowed down in winter.
have a 2 foot tube heater 120w HEAT and a 6" table fan COLD on the inkbird.settings low 17c set 23c high 30c
have 2 other 6" table fans floor and canopy height on timers 15mins on/off,so 1 fan is allways on circulating.
:pighug:

Does the controller you have include one outlet labelled “heating” and one “cooling”? If so, you should be able to set the control for two separate temperature ranges. You could plug a heater in and set a heating range for it to maintain then maybe have your extraction fan plugged into cooling with a separate temperature range in case the tent gets too hot. That’s pretty much all I’m doing but with different devices.
That's the best way to do it.

I have all the controllers and gauges and I hardly ever use them other than my wireless WiFi monitor and my minmax. Whenever I use them I get spikes and drops spikes and drops. I run my extraction fan on a speed controller 24/7 And have a heater set at a certain setting with my humidifier on 30% power and it maintains the same temp and humidity constantly within a couple degrees and %RH. Just gotta find that sweet spot where they all are working with one another.

@Tyler_Durden88 Thanks,:face: I have low humidity problems, I needed the 312 Inkbird model. You and many others, I forget who, told me, I don't know why I ordered the 308??? My brain cells didn't do so well! @archie gemmill , I went further back in my journal, you told me exactly how to handle my problem and all about temp's and RH, I miss understood:yoinks:, very, very forgetful, thank you for your time and your pic's. I was thinking you plugged the extraction fan into the 308, ta-da, for some reason I thought that would help solve my low humidity problem.:wiz: I can probably exchange that 308 for a 312. That my friends is how I learn! :jointman:
