I haven't received an order complete email for that drop either. I used the new customer service email yesterday to ask about it. We'll see how it goes.
My money has been gone for a week and a half, and I never received an email confirming that they received payment.. I actually received a second email after paying, claiming that I needed to pay still...which is why I checked my payment card and confirmed that in fact the funds were debited... So then I used the customer service email to ask them about it 4-5 days ago and nothing still. The customer service is seriously lacking, which is a bit ironic after reading all the posts a few pages back about how mephisto had bad customer service compared to this breeder??? One thing is true... this breeder is making alot of money off people to not be respectful enough to at least **attempt** to respond to emails or come on here or social media and tell everyone "sorry but Im swamped ill get to you as as soon as I can".
