That is ridiculous ingenuity. Nice job on those sacs

Indeed. Appreciate the kind words, I got the idea from a guy in reddit. So it's not original but so simple. I'm wondering if the seeds from this plant will be an exact replica of the mother plant, I'm assuming it has to be since no male was used.

How you get those autos so tall? Wondering if I'm training them too early instead of letting em get their wings first. I'm assuming you don't do any training, leaf tucking? Also what height do you keep your lights...

20” over canopy on the qb‘a but of my 2 little seedstockers candy dawg it seems the 1 I couldn’t get light down to 20” due to neighbor plant being burnt it has seemed to stay shorter and more compact! Yes I do some training and leaf tucking but I don’t get drastic with it! Also don’t start really early cuz can slow down upward growth due to stress even if just light stress! Seems best OR EASIEST AT LEAST training method I’ve done is letting it get some height, then take main top and bend it at 90 degree angle (don’t supercrop just bend over) and as u keep it over them lower satellite branches will take off! Then by time top is standing back up it’ll have some size to pull arms open as needed! And I avoid trimming fan leafs when possible and just tuck em out the way!
Here’s 20” over candy dawg day 30

Genetics mostly. I train my Autos hard and often. If it is gonna be tall its gonna be tall. When they grow an inch or 2 a day for a couple weeks it happens.
In my experience a 30" tall Auto is relatively short. Thought I have had 24" even 18" plants. A 40" tall auto with 40+ relatively even cola height is not unheard or at all.

I am trying lots of 3 gallon pots. I fear it being a limiting factor. Ill switch back to 5 is I get a bunch of small plants.

Good deal! I think I might be starting LST a little early, usually I'm starting before day 16. Makes since I'm stressing them right before they hit stretch. It seems I need to let em stretch some before doing serious training. Thanks for the info!

Purple Rolex is kicking ass so far! 40 days today and all is well! Ordered some crossbar pieces to put between the plant stakes to make a cage so I got more anchor points to tie em open! :cooldance:

Feeding the homegrown bokashi weekly seems to be paying off! THAT OR NOT OVERDOSING HER ON POTASSIUM SILICATE LIKE PURP THAI STICK!
Glad I finally went back and verified I had dosing written down correctly....NEWS FLASH I DID NOT!
Doing 2tbsp/gal instead of recommended 1/4-1/2tsp with MAX 2tsp/gal I overdosed PTS and my Roc photos on it so locked out mag/cal prob among others! This being 30+ days behind PTS think I caught in time to not have same issue!:woohoo1:
:frog:
Note to myself and others....NOW THINKING ABOUT IT PROB HAD THAT HOGLEG SATELLITE BREAK OFF FROM TOO MUCH SILICA!
Another side effect of overdosing on the KSi last 40 days! Stems became waaaaay too firm! :coffee2:
