Most of Roc;'s girls seem to have that one hugely dominate main cola. While cool and all to grow one like that, I think his genitics is better utilized by breaking up that crazy dominance......................IF the plant will tolerate it. One would think they would tolerate it with the vigor they seem to exhibit.

I wouldn't say it was a serious problem. Just because some people are complaining on IG of him being backlogged.
Maybe people should realize they aren't dealing with a big company and not to expect everything to flow perfect. @RocBudInc is a small operation.

I think the key word to my statement was "developing". Not fulfilling or lagging orders and no communication with customers is a problem that can become serious.

Good to see an improvement in those areas of customer service!

People understand it's a solo operation and he has hurdles to overcome, but at the end of the day, it doesn't get seed into the hands or pots of his customers.

Not sure if everyone saw whole deal but he thought all orders were done and after upgrading server and cloud service once completed a bunch of orders the computer wasn’t showing in system at all popped up showing as incomplete! That’s why he backed outta Fri drop at last min so he could process all those orders and get em out!

Not only that but @RocBudInc responded to my email today. This is a very good sign. Between system crashes and surgery and undoubtedly other life issues he seems to have had a pretty rough go. Unavoidable. I would have never gotten bent at all if he had communicated better. I have no doubt he has seen much about the communication issue. These are growing pains. We learn from times like these and I have every confidence that RocBudInc will come out the other side better and stronger than ever. He implied that there were issues with his wound closures so it appears that his medical issues may have been an ongoing issue as well (I hope @RocBudInc does not mind me sharing that). He also indicated that that part is improving.

I want to publicly apologize for my rant the other day. No excuses; however, I think the PTSD that I have suffered from surfaced that day. I was out of line in some of what I said without question. My intention was constructive criticism, which much of it was. My monolog degraded, to my shame.

Oh and did I mention my orders arrived yesterday. OFC I'm out of town but will be home tonight to pop seeds immediately in water.
