You're correct. I didn't read the full email entitled
"RB.Inc DROP DROP!!!!!!" Dated October 16th. I had already placed my order October 9th and received my tracking number. I don't expect any breeder to update his medical status to his customers. I was simply sharing out loud my thoughts on the matter. I didn't intend on firing everyone up.
My first rocbudinc order was back in September and Ive had questions and reached out through email and on here with no response. That's bad customer service in my opinion. Everyone may have a different opinion.. I don't have simple questions either, I have questions regarding the breeding methods these strains were created from.
I like to think there is some support offered after purchasing a product, aren't MOST good product ls you purchase like this? Cars, Cell Phones, Food? A big number of people are growing these plants at medicine so I see them being just as important as the others.
I was just making an observation based on purchasing other items (even seeds) in my life and would hope any decent breeder would want the same for their company.
