Tagging him won't do anything. He hasn't been here since the 13th.................of last month.

It's really quite astounding. I don't expect him to be super super responsive and I have no idea what's going on in his personal life but to not even log on to a forum where they gave him his own section seems odd and is not the greatest customer service.

People have genuine questions about his genetics and we're left in the dark guessing. I have no doubt in his strains after seeing my grape Slurri after 40 days that his strains can bring the heat.

Hands on customer service goes a long long way in this industry and it would benefit him and his following tremendously to get some help. As a said before, even a simple strain guide would help. Just thinking out loud here

In the excitement of the drop, I too forgot the afn discount. BUT...I got the Rocbuds I wanted!
Having made small purchases several times from Roc, there doesn't seem to be any particular protocols with followup contact, but I ALWAYS got my beans.

I guess you didnt read the end of the last email. He said he's been I'll and he's recovering. He is still getting orders out.

I have my tracking # for the order I placed on the 16th. I do not have tracking numbers for the 2 orders I placed on the 9th. @RocBudInc

My 10/16 order had a note that it was being combined with my 10/9 order for shipping.

I got the shipping confirmation for it yesterday.

I keep tagging him as I know he will see all of the tags if he ever logs in again. I have been very patient and given him the benefit of the doubt. I am running out of my small bag of patience. If he has a chronic illness he should let us know. Outside of that 6 or so emails with no response and zero participation here. I have dropped over 300 bucks on his shit. More than any other breeder. I have not even gotten to flower with any of his strains yet.
Honestly this forum is the reason I have been so patient and nice. Sucks to get shitty on someone on a forum for multiple reasons. I gotta be honest I'm a little pissed. This shit better be fire. If not I'm going to switch to photos. That or I need a list of fire from you guys. I have been underwhelmed with the autos I have grown to date.
