RocBud Rocbudinc Genetics

Again, and I am not bashing on you, it’s most likely grower error. He has put years into his breeding. Yes there is a chance that you have a wonky bean that’s genetically inferior for whatever reason. But that is a very very remote chance. Literally no one else out of hundreds have had any issues. So why don’t we try and diagnose what’s wrong with your plant. Do you have any pictures?

Almost certainly grower error. Nothing against Purple, but blaming Roc's genetics while admitting that his environment isn't perfect in the other thread isn't a good look.

Indeed and we are all here to help each other so that’s why I would like to try and get some pics so we can get it worked out and on track again. I don’t think I have ever seen someone’s plant die after the folks here have given guidance

It's not a perfect environment be it I possibly added too many earthworm castings to the Fox Farm Ocean forest, but it's just that soil with alfalfa meal otherwise.

I didn't expect these girls to be so dramatic anyhow

Not likely the ewc.
Looks like too much nitrogen to me. Autos are a bit sensitive, especially when young.

Yep I am with bill. It looks to be a combo of pH issue and slight N tox.

Great news though @PurpleTerps It is totally fixable and not that bad.

Do you have a way to check your pH in your root zone? Or at minimum do you have a way to check the pH of your water and nutes?

we are here to help my friend. I promise if you take the advice given here you will get a successful harvest. That plant just needs a little course correction and she will be right as rain.I GUARANTEE it.

Y’all...I just wanna pop in real quick to say that you’re all such wonderful help and so kind to patiently share your knowledge with new growers like myself. This year has been tragedy after tragedy and the kindness that you all show, and the safe environment you create to ask questions means a lot and honestly sometimes it gets me through the day. So thank you. And I hope you are all doing well.

No PH tool, although I added a little PH down to make up for my tap water and amendments. It was 95% organic anyhow. The leaves look to be dying, so I'll probably be chocking this one up soon. Sad

Where did the organic matter come from?
The leaves almost looks like Mosaic virus.................it reminds me of it.

edit.....I don't even know if canna can get it.

Earthworm castings, alfalfa meal, Fox Farm ocean forest, and Real Grower's recharge is my soil. No tobacco use for me

Tomatoes get it too.

How much alfalfa meal did you add? Did you wet all the ingrediants, mix it up and let it cook before planting?
