Just a lil update on the complaint situation (this has been ongoing since July 20th. It's been a week again since I've heard anything. not looking good if you ask me.

Here's what's happened:

- I complained on here and a member went and got Roc's attention for me.

- Roc, replied in here said, "I got you."

- He sent me a message asking for my order number, I replied right away with the info he has asked for.

- I've been in limbo for 7 days since.

And here we sit. It's been a week. Nothing is happening it seems. Once again, a week is far too long to leave a customer hanging. I'm telling you guys, It would seem, the customer service is NOT on point.
If this is all true then I can see your frustration. But idk both sides. He was on yesterday replying to Mizzo and someone else I think. So if you sent him emails and DMs and hasn't responded I'd be upset. Usually hes responded to mine though. Did you tag him? Noticed you didnt tag him in this. It would prolly help a bunch as he is busy. I made a purchase same day as you and got mine already so I can see where you get a little stress.

I have had a package come and I ordered two packs of one of the strains but only got one. In Roc's defense I had to cancel my order and do it again, and it could of led to some confusion. Regardless my package arrived missing beans, so I messaged him (this was a t time where he was less busy and had more help) and it did take a bit but without any issue it was rectified. My guess he is extremely busy and we all forget. He isn't amazon and things take a bit of time. I can speak to my experience alone, but I wouldn't stress too much - It will get sorted for sure.

He has responded to all my emails to make sure any problems have been taken care of seems like a very polite dude who cares about his customers and being a one man show with such high demand your bound for mistakes... and he also has mentioned that he is in the process of moving to a bigger facility so that ontop of everything else Things could be a lil hectic.. end of the day tho I can see your frustration hence why I reached out and emailed him..any time I order seeds online I just expect a 50/50 crapshoot!!:smoking:

I've been tried to be patient, to wait for a reply and not be a bother. I dunno what else to do at this point. I replied, and have been left hanging 4 separate times (with days between reaching out).

Then I'm asking myself how long is a reasonable amount of time to have to wait to hear back? My mind says 3 days max, after that you're being ignored.

I have reached out 3 times (once in the main email message that he initiated. Then I reached out directly via a new email. Finally, I dmed here on the forum.) All of these for no reply, leading me to reach out again.

Finally, I waited 5 days (or so) and made a public post in here. After another member reached out ony behalf, He appears, and dmed me. I replied and it's been another week. Nadda, zip, nothing has happened.

All of you all seem to be more than thrilled with his products. That made me excited to try him out. I've yet to start any, but in my experience, I've been left hanging 4 times now. I think that's a sign to just move on. It's pretty clear he doesn't want my business. I'm bummed, but oh well.

If this is how the customer service is, I think you all deserve to know.

You still did not tag him

I've been on my phone all day and didn't know you could do that. But I'll do it here, now I'm home.

Mr. @RocBudInc

At this point, I no longer wish to try to do business with you. This is more of a public disclaimer (I promised I'd come back with how this turned out.). He sold his seeds to others, I'm owed nothing. We're finished.

You folks enjoy and I hope your transactions go better.
