From what I know or have been taught, you can’t over cook it with dolomite lime. It’s ground up rock so stays as that in the soil unless the plant wants to take it. I used to add 4 tablespoons per 10L of mud.
It used to work until I joined AFN, then they made me do coco cos me plants kept dying! [emoji23]

Mate, I was growing in soil for years then it all went tits up. I tried everything and just kept killing the poor little fookers. Clawing leaves, deficiencies I couldn’t cure, you name it. I’ve only just got back on my feet in the last four grows. [emoji1365]
