Ive just purchased some Biochar Rhyce, seems very interesting stuff, (Kernow Black its called) its already seasoned & Charged with the following -

-Biochar (pyrolised charred wood, from sustainable sources).
-Lacto Bacilus (from rice water).
-Molasses (bacteria).
-Calcified shells (bacteria).
-Seaweed.

Going to read a bit more before adding it I rekon :)

Great research my friend! Get over here!!! Assume the position... :slap:

I guess it's worth mentioning that with my migration from mixing liquids to brewing dry ingredients (compost tea), using a TLO soil base and TLO methods my results are astounding. It took a while to get used to giving the plants the same tea from start to finish but this Boogie Brew compost tea really does what the guy says it will...

So now I'm experimenting with 'charges' which are nutrient spikes for the plant to hit later on in life... My first subject's are hitting the spikes now and things are looking good... given continued good results I'll continue reading up on and fiddling with my new program... The change was hell to go through but I'm glad I did. This is the type of gardening I'm used to... except on a much smaller scale ;)

hey whats up rhyce, i see youre sportin some fine new young ones!
cheers to you mr. saroni :headbang:

Thanks my friend! Happy Sunday... Yes we're cranking up the engine for the fall and winter harvests... Maximum Overdrive... Warp Speed... Fire up the bong thrusters... Plug in the Volcano!

It's ready to go! That's some primo stuff you got! Mix in soil, top dress the plant with a compost/biochar mix, use it in compost tea... don't over do but just follow the directions... A little does a lot! The shells should also have put a calcium charge in the char which is excellent for growing under LEDs... Molasses also promotes High Brix which is a good indicator of a very healthy and productive plant... Seaweed is loaded with micronutrients... Wicked good stuff!!!! I want some...

Next you have to get rock dust! I have three kinds of rock dust/flour that I use... I mix it in my soil 3 tbs /gallon so 3 tbs of each for a 3 gal pot... The plants love it...
Thank you Rhyce, I was hoping it would help with the cal/mag issues from LED, got some Rock Dust recently but didn't know how much to use, I'll go with 3 tbs per gallon that you mention above :) great stuff, thanks again Rhyce.

awesome, i should really look into that boogie brew. ive been using synthetic nutrients and have no shortage of them but, your results are really inspiring!

I must have watched the videos with this guy for 40 hours... he even has one about ganja as he is an old time grower from the 60's-80's and maybe even now... all the videos are on growingyourgreens.com... I was scared as shit when I started but the videos we so compelling and the shit is so cheap! Why not? I think six pounds (85 bucks) will take me along for six months at 20 plants a whack... I'm laughing all the way to the bank!

Yes, I'm migrating over to epsom salts (magnesium sulfate), bone meal (4-10-0, Calcium) and oyster shell flour (calcium, soil sweetner)... I'm up to 45 days with one group and no deficiencies showing... leaves look real green and shiny as matter of fact.. real nice...

Just double check the time when you go to the bank. Don't want to get there before they open.
