Time to get going on the next crop. I've learned a LOT over the past month. Thanks to everyone who is on this site. Without all the reference material here and great suggestions from others, my first grow would have been a disaster (not over yet).

Popped four beans to germ for two days... Holy crap! Two days was too much. I lost one because it grew into the paper towel and would not let go.

Letting karma be my guide, I'm just going to do the three. They are kinda tallish for autos. After what I've seen others do with the bigger girls, three may be pushing it...

Anyway, I pressed the new flower tent into service and am using it to veg these girls for now. Quite possibly for the entire grow. I really don't want to disturb my poor little Auto Berry's and swap them around from tent to tent.

So here we have the three under my original 90w ufo led. I'll fire up the t5s once they pop their little heads up.

So far here is what I am doing different for this second organic grow.

- using Roots light soil (cause the other was out of stock)
- using 3 gal fabric pots rather than the free plastic bag pots I'd used.
- a LOT less fucking around with fertilizer and crap.
- CaMg from the get go, although I've had no probs yet. The Granite Flower I'm using on this first grow may just be helping. It does something because I got some on a couple of leaves and burned them (like a lime burn).
- NO transplanting...

I moistened the pots three days ago with snow from outside. They are perfectly moist right now and I'm not going to give them any more water, drip irrigation, etc.. until they have really started to veg or dry out too much. Whichever comes first. I'll also not nute them for at least two weeks.

Gave these a few chemical dropper's full of water each last night and a couple this morning. They're all standing up and about to pop off their shells.

I'll post a pic or two tonight.

Hey Rhyce, glad the other grow is going good, hope you didn't mind that I called out the calvary.

Hat's off for 2 out of three

Two of these have taken off their hats the third looks to loose it later today! Off to a good start this second grow where I'm doing things differently as I continue to learn. Camera was full, pics later.

Looking forward to this grow!

Thanks N4W, I paid the price for procrastinating regarding the CaMg on my dwarfs, Roxanne and her sisters (Auto Berry and Mango) but they seem to be re-bounding 24 hours later.

Meanwhile, these are doing well at the beginning of day 4. I mixed them up during my seed panic (lost #4) so these def need names. It's going to be fun trying to figure out which one is the odd-ball I'm pretty sure it's a lemon haze. Ha ha.

You'll notice some radical differences between this grow and my first one. I'm adhering to strict and proven protocols. No experimenting and f*cking around. I found an AutoFlower nutrient program that used three things that I was already using so I'm trying it. CaMg from early on. Oxygenated water using aquarium supplies (oxygen tabs, air pump & stone in the water bucket). Fabric pots.

I mean, a lot of the stuff I did the first time was me starting this thing with a bang and because I was hasty, it was 'learn along the way'... While I'd rather have a smooth sail from the beginning, I'm glad I now know about some pit falls and how to avoid them.

Here we grow again!

I'll post the program/schedule separately.

Cheers, RS
