I'd be looking at you funny too . It's Good Friday here every thing here is closed up tighter than a bulls ass at fly time . :eyebrows:

What's so good about it? Can't be that good, I'll celebrate an ok Friday instead. On the bright side, I remembered to get my plants out of the greenhouse. I brought home a peaches and cream Japanese maple, some more grafted tomatoes, and a tray of coleus. So I guess it's a good Friday after all!

Your going to love that maple. Watch her as the twigs can be a little brittle. Sweet little tree. When she flushes out in three years from now you will really love the effect.

I had one 2 years ago, but let it die. The other three trees I got are still going strong though. I have a Hana Matoi, an Abigail Rose, a shi she henge, and one more I can't seem to remember.

This year I have the new peaches and cream, I grafted it this time! and I planted two improved Paw Paw trees. I broke off the top one one by mistake, and it may die, but I successfully rooted the busted top, and it's coming back that way!

Susquehanna Paw Paw, and Shenandoah Paw Paw.

Be careful with Acers. They tend to bring out the OCD collector in gardeners. One of the most elegant, dainty, and really tough plants in the industry. I have a Crimson Queen that is 7 ft tall and 10 across. She sits under an unnamed cultivar I got from a breeder that has greet reds in spring and a orange infused blush over yellow and red base colors in fall. Holds her fall color well. Got a Trompenburg thats around 18 tall and round headed. I like Maples. Conifers too. Lets not get started.
