It is absolutely cosmetic...and to tell you the truth, if you move the buds around daily, you won't get any flat sides.

I got Tomo left. Then I get 2 days off. I tell you it's rockets cuppas and medibles all Saturday night through Sunday lol. Over medicated til Monday. Then recover
