Depends on the strain. I actually tried juicing the leaves of one of my plants and I actually got some,medical effects from it. Almost felt like I took two alieve.
Btw everyone other names for truffles are scolertia, magic stones, philosophers stones, magic knots, magic nuts, mushroom balls, and mushroom stones to name a few

well, I am definitely more interested in the ones that make me wonder around my back yard like a small child.

I've been studying up on using psilocybin for the treatment of PTSD.....when I decide to head down that road...I may document it in a thread on here someplace.
