Going to use a metal mixing bowl to set bucket on. Drill holes all through it. Good even air distribution from directly under bucket.

got an extra double boiler insert? that might just be the right size.

Last year I helped host two concerts. one outdoor, one indoor. I loved the hell out of it. I was born to be a roadie, it just never happened. My sound buddy used me to grip for the outdoor, I was photographer and organizer at the second. Who knows what the future holds, I love changing careers apparently!
