Yes but I don't think it's theirs because it's sold in small quantities and it's not on their product list .

No they said absolutely not, reason being is that bayer owns a lot of seed stock and so does monscrappy. If the merger were to have gone through one company would have owned something like 3/4 of all the food producing seed stock or genes or somethin so the FTC said nope cant have a monopoly
