Joint Dr PurpleRyder ~day 27. 6.5lt pot, biobiz allmix. was fed 1/2 dose hydro silicon and full dose atami root stim for 3 weeks, and for the last couple of feedings 1/2 dose hydrosilicon, 1/4 dose dutch pro grow, 1/4 dose canna mono nitrogen, 1/4 dose canna mono trace mix, 1/4 dose plant magic magnacal. Started under 45w blue, then 90w blue, now under 130w blue + 80w red.

plant is very healthy and no real problems what so ever. just wondering what the red stems on the leaves are? is it something i should adress? it shouldnt be temperature related as it doesnt drop below 19deg c at night when the lights are off. prob just strain but iv not done this one before and thought i better check just in case. the red stems are on the fan leaves to the left of the left hand branches. it just came on over night

cheers guys

Lovely looking plant mate. Im a newbie grower myself so dont take my word for it but on one of my girls i have some red stems but plant is growing fine. From what ive read it can be down to the strain and shouldnt be anything to worry about.

Im sure someone will come along and clear it up for you anyway.

Not an expert, but most of my plants have had deep red/purple leaf stems, and it's been all good. Not sure *why* they do it, but they grow just the same as my greener plants. Nothing to worry about. :)

i hope its just the strain, its my best auto ever thus far and i dont want it to go wrong because i missed something early on.

she will be going under 180w actual draw sunspect LED in 2 weeks. well all being well, the lights are at the post office to collect tomorrow, but im going to test them on my ogre before i put this plant under them. fingers crossed .
