Smoke report on mephisto fantasmo


the plant was grown under an average of ~110w cfl in 5lt pot and produced about 50g of very dense buds in 82 days. it didnt seem to have much THC on the outside of the buds and looked under ripe, but now its dry it seems to have plenty of THC inside the nugs, and tastes mild and clean with notes of citrus. Really good head high, very little body stone, couch lock zero. Really happy in the end for a free seed, + they sent me 4 instead of 2 for free so i have 3 more. . I Did LST too early and lost a lot of leaf early, so i do think i can get closer to 100g out of these if i up the lights by 40w.

(i ground 2.4g in grinder with crystal catcher and pressed the results by hand whilst gently heating to get this 0.2g,

(this is one of the denser buds. 0.5g and its about the size of 2pence piece)

kush van stitch ~day 46 yellowing sped up , flushed and run off was 5.9 with 6.5 water. was 6.3 after flush. then fed 3ml canna mono N and 2ml dutch pro bloom and 0.2 ata bloom booster in 2lt at ph6.7

~day 48 from germ. flushed with dutch pro grow at ph6.5, then i fed 3ml canna mono n, 2ml dutch pro bloom, 1ml vita pk booster, 1ml atami bloom stim, 0.2ml canna mono trace, 0.2ml magnacal (in 2lt)

the purpleryder (~day 50/70) has been flushed twice now, the last time i flushed with high dose vege feed ph6.5, then fed the last 2lt with my normal mix + gave even more N. now up to full dose canna mono N (4ml in 2lt) + 2ml dutch pro bloom, + 1ml vita pk boost, +1ml bloom stim, +0.2 trace and 0.2 magnacal. the yellowing has slowed but is continuing. i didnt check my run off ph, i dont want to get too obsessive, but given its been flushed twice i expect it to back within tolerance and it should now be able to take up the higher doses of N i am giving + the pk from the booster. No claw, no signs of N tox or over feeding. . .

kush van stitch (~day50/70). . . just took her out to flush a second time and as it worked the first time and slowed the yellowing, hoping this second flush will stop it in its tracks. flushed this one with full dose dutch pro vege like i did with the purple last week. then fed very similar to above but ammended down slightley.

just took the chronicryder out to water. (~day 35/70) doing well now it has more light. just fed 3ml dutch pro grow, 3ml canna mono n, 1ml hydro silicon, 0.2ml magna cal, 0.2ml trace in 2lt. this one has really taken off in the last week. responding well to high doses of N. I will flush next time with full dose vege feed, then switch to bloom feed + canna mono N and maybe drop the hydrosilicon. it is worth noting that this plant smells really strong and skunky. the other 2 are more subtle and fruity.

and finally the skunk no1 by sensi seeds broke soil yesterday. the husk got stuck on the head so i removed it by hand. i have watered her just now with about a pint in total targeted around the seedingling only. added 1/2 dose root stim and 1/2 dose hyddro silicon. wont need any more water for a week or more now, and then i have a new vege stim to try feeding it, + use as a foliar feed. its plant magic vege boost. supposed to inc microorganisms amongst other things. thought i would give it a try, but more as a foliar feed. as i use lots of chemicals im not sure if my soil is even alive. lol.

right thats it for now. just hope i can hold this yellowing off for another week. i should be flushing within 2 weeks & then it will really yellow off.

purple ryder at the front, kush van stitch at the back. i have just flushed the kush ready for crop in 10 days time. its very under ripe and not ready but i will run out of smoke soon so i need to chop. i just fed the purple the same as the last time 5ml dutch pro bloom + 1ml atami hardener and ripener in 2lt @ ph6.5.

this is the chronic , ~day 50/70

just fed 4ml dutch pro bloom, 3ml canna mono N, 1ml atami bud stim, 0.2ml magnacal, 0.2ml canna mono trace, 0.4ml hydrosilicon in 2lt. i figure this one is going to finish late or its not going to fatten up like the other two but we will see. it was a runt but seems to have done a lot of vege growth whilst in flower for what ever reason.

and finally the skunk no1.

just watered a couple of days ago with about a lt of root stim and hydro silicon at half dose. seems to be responding well but she is a real runt, was thinking about planting another in there at the other end of the pot but i think its a little late now ??

kush van sstitch (flash seeds) crop ~day 68/70 under ripe

plant was started under ~ 45w then 90w blue in vege chamber. then went up to ~130w mixed red and blue in flower chamber, then up to ~150w red cfl.

atami root stim and plant magic hydro silicon for first 3 weeks, then dutch pro vege and canna mono N and hydro silicon. then dutch pro bloom, canna mono N, vitalink pk booster, and atami bud stims. also added canna mono trace and magnacal. plant was sprayed with chems to prevent disease around week 3. ph was always ~6.5 going in and plant was flushed 3 times as run off ph fell to 5.2 and this caused yellowing.


hung it up above my LED to quick dry it as i have run out of the Ogre now. i guestimate an ozz or maybe more. buds are very dence and solid and it prob wont shrink much in size. bit dissapointed as this plant was a real runner. the one finger and 3 finger leaves were really big and it did well all the way through with no probs yet the yield is pretty poor. wont do this strain again. was in a 8.5lt pot too, but it was too big for it. should have been in a 4.9lt really. only needed watering every 5-6 days at its peak growth.

ok so the kush has been hanging a couple of days in the LED tent now and by tomorrow will be crisping up a little, wont taste ideal but at least i can have a smoke.



the purple is now ~day70/70 and has slowed its drinking and i have just flushed with loads of water, i intend to leave it another 2 weeks before crop, then keep the plant alive to see if it produces any pollen. o, its showing signs its just getting rootbound, for example its wilting before the soil is totally dry.

have just flushed and fed the chronic again, wass given the following in 2lt at ~ph6.5. 1ml canno mono N, 0.2 canna mono trace, 0.2ml magnacal, 0.8ml vita link pk booster, 4ml dutch pro bloom, 1ml atami root stim. has stopped fattening out in the last few days. this plant is weird in that i cant see any roots through the bottom of the pot, normally the bottom of the pot is matter with roots. its weird. o, this one really smells quite strong compared to most of the other autos i have done so far. glad its not much bigger as it would stink.

this is the skunk no1, it now has pistils so its going into flower, i decided as its a runt to try removing some of the early fan leaves rather than tucking etc. she pretty much stopped growing for a couple of day , so i guess the stress + there wasnt enough remaining leaf area to effectivley photosynthesise enough has slowed it. its wilted becuase i have just watered it. was give 1/2 dose atami root stim, and 1/2 dose hydrosilicon. also gave the same to the super bud thats just popped. looks like a runt. no photo. so i have planted another purpleryder at the other side of the same pot and i will kull the super bud if it doesnt look like its getting going.

right, i think thats it.
