Thanks mate! That's a good point actually, I'm going to keep them separate from the main cola buds and see if I can notice a difference from them being 3 weeks apart.
I finally got around to cutting down the Compassion. It was very ripe although it was still kicking out a few white pistils. The Night Queen and CBD Kush are in jars curing already. It looks like a decent haul so far.
I snapped a few shots of the Compassion before harvest. It had some funky looking buds, very sativa like.
Some of the buds needed a bit of support at the end so I tied some string to the top of the tent.
It got a nice purple hue to it towards the end.
Now I just have to wait for the Compassion to dry and then I can get the final weight. My feeling is that the Compassion will yield a bit less than the others.
Thanks mate! Ask and ye shall receive, I just weighed in all the buds yesterday. As for what's up next, I need to get the tent cleaned and the new pots prepared then I will drop one CBD Skunkhaze, Mazar, Masterkush and Ortega Indica each.
CBD Kush - 60.8g
The CBD Kush turned out great this time. The buds are incredibly sticky, it's sometimes tricky to get it into the vape as it clumps together.
Compassion - 47.7g
It's a bit funny, once you trim the buds off the stem you end up with a jar full of foxtails. I thought it would yield less considering how open and airy the buds where but it obviously had some weight to it so I'm happy with that.
Night Queen - 50.4g
Night queen also turned out well even though it didn't stretch as much and ended up lower in the canopy it still managed to produce.
Total dry weight = 158.9g or 5.6 oz
On top of that I got another 60+g of high quality trim (sugar leaves and popcorn buds mixed). I'm gonna make some killer brownies with that. Overall I'm really happy with the result and I'm looking forward to sampling the goods. I tried the CBD Kush already and it was great. A nice smooth high and it seems to last forever in the vape.
