Hi everyone,

I'd like to know if this is ok or a symptom (maybe phosphorous deficiency).

I've noticed it a few weeks ago first, and now after some brown burning at the lower leafs I'm treating for P deficiency.

If that stem was a symptom I could have caught it way sooner.

Thank you.

You can check more pics at my thread :) (shameless pub)

Red stems can also be genetic. What's the strain, soil, pH, etc.? Need all the usual info to be able to know what's going on.

Strain: Northern Lights #5 x Haze

Soil: BioBizz AllMix

Soil pH: 7.0
Feed pH: 6.0
Run-off: 6.0

Age: 30 days

Feeding:
- FertiActyl (13-0-5)
- Biobloom
- Fish-Mix
- Flavour (molasses)
- Enzymes + (fulvic and humic)
- Bio-heaven
- Alg-a-mix

watering: once per week

I don't remember anything else that might be relevant... If something's missing please ask, I'll answer the best I know.

Thank you in advance!

Hey Hugo, I'm not the person that should go around trying to give all kinds of advice. But we have grown a northern lights auto and it's stem ended up with quite a bit of red color, and the top of the main cola even turned pinkish/maroon. She had small color all over really

6.0 is a bit low on the pH and is probably causing a bit of lockout. Need to get the pH up more toward 6.4 - 6.5.

Thank you Straight808 and Muddy,

I've ordered a pH meter from Ozone World yesterday to have a better accuracy on my pH. I don't trust the soil meter, because it's reading 7.0 all the time in different soil types.

I'm on day 1 after feeding with BioBizz BioBloom, Heaven and Enzimes+ to fight against P defficiency. Redness of the stem rised up to third node and respective fan leafs stem. It was on 2nd node yesterday. A little brown burn on those fan leaf tips aswell.

Oldest leafs slowly starting to turn into a pale green.

I think this is normal, the plant needs a few days to show some adjustment after feeding.
