Quick question

I'm a new grower as well. I have 2 Acapulco Gold autos. They are in week 7 and the growth between them looks very different. One is tall and one is short. Both were planned at the same time. The tall one is showing bud sites and the short one is not. Any help understanding this would be greatly appreciated.
They should both be well into flower at 7 weeks. You're probably gonna have to switch to 12/12 lights to get it to flower or you're gonna end up with a jungle if you wait for the other to finish. It won't hurt anything

I do have a couple of white hairs on the stem nodes, but nothing on the outside of stem. Should I just be patient for another week?

Good Question! I am getting a lesson in this as well. I have been messing with Autos for three years now and my Mephisto freebie Strawberry Nuggets X Super Orange Haze is a teacher. I have watched this thing slow down ,speed up, stall out. It has been one of my best looking plants too. No defs. I am guessing when I say this but I have about two weeks left. These flowers did not fatten up till 2 weeks ago. or round about there. So when I thought she stopped growing she was growing out in the flower . She was swelling. I have found out that i really don't do calculations based on times from the breeder but what the plant is showing me. We all try to be Mother Nature but none are Mother Nature. We do the best we know how to do . I know I take notes on everything I do in my grows and if I see a problem I check my notes and look for a common denominator
