I wish it were an option, but they are too gigantic now, standing at around 5 feet... it is 8 plants under one 600w HID and they are all that height, can't do it or can I?

just sacrifice and put them in with your photos, so long as if u have 2 or more 600-1000watt hid shooting rays, since ur photos are going to be on a 12/12 and the autos r used to a 20/4 the stronger light intensity should be able to give it enough light energy from the number of hours from the light hours trade-off. 1 would think ne ways...

1. Since we cannot clone, at least it's pointless to do so, has anyone used silver colloidal spray to produce feminized pollen and made feminized seeds? I plan on doing this with 1 to 2 branches of each of my strains to produce my own seeds with the strongest plant. Just curious as to if anyone has attempted and been successful? What PPM of silver did you use? I plan on using a 50ppm starting on week 4.

2. Do you prefer 20/4 or 18/6 for your plants, or even 24/0?

3. What is the best, head high, sativa dominant strain that is an AF in your opinion?
I can't stand couch-locks, even though I am growing a White Russian which will knock you on your ass, but I am looking for that magical giggly plant that is universally known to be the best sativa strain and that will be my 3rd grow.

4. What is your personal favorite strain of all time? Both AF and Photo?

5. Lastly, what would you do for a klondike bar?

1) You can catch the one or two male sacs on the bottom of your Auto for female seeds, If they are anywhere above 1/4 way going up the plant do not use that sac as it is a hermie. Naturally plants will try to pollinate themselves you just need to be there to catch it. The sac will not open or fully develop usually. When you touch it when fully developed it will just fall off the plant. Let it dry for couple of days and open over aluminum foil shiny side up. You will have enough pollen for 200+ seeds.

Thanks for chiming in both Kicker and Sticky, I appreciate it.. Yes I have photos mixed with auto's and IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! I can guarantee that. Too much of a pain in the ass and hassle in order to manage them, if these auto's had auto'd I wouldn't had a problem but this is the price I have to pay. Oh well here is hoping for huge yields.

JM and Squid.. Do you both agree on the 12/12 for non-auto'd auto or should I attempt to put the non-auto'd auto's back on 20/4?

Salut JM! At least it will save me some electricity and heat issues for a bit. Hey, the last photo that I am doing that I have mixed with my grow is Super Silver Haze, I saw that you mentioned about it being tricky or something to that effect, what words of wisdom can you impart on this FNG in regards to it? Please and thank you as always.

One more thing while I am thinking about it, has anyone ever used desiccant in curing their buds? Such as rice or silica gel? Would it save time? Affect flavor?

@killijin harvest day leave your plants in there pots, remove all fan leaves only.

Soil must be dry* Buy 10#'s of dry ice. Put the dry ice in a cardboard box with a towel underneath it. Then cover the block with a towel. Do not leave it open let the CO2 slowly gas off.

Take your plants put them in a small room sealed off with the dry ice(bathroom or closet).stay out for 3 days do not open your door period unless your house is on fire and your saving your buds.

**Caution** When the 3 days are up, open the room and allow it to vent off for 2-3 minutes before you enter. If you go straight in there is a chance the saturation is so high you could pass out from simply breathing it in (it will burn when inhaling).. I would hold my breath and move the plants out.. Don't be high when your doing this process***

LN2 is also pretty cheap in a dewer, you could just hook up the exhaust line from the dewer going into the sealed room.
Careful you don't drop the temps too much( LN2 is -320f ) Co2 is only -150f

End of the three days your buds will be dry and ready to be cured-smoked.

Yes, I agree. Just stick with the 12/12, mate. I've never heard of what Kicker is talking about, but it sounds interesting.
